Rodrigo Carazas Portal

Born in Lima and raised in the Callao Province of Perú. He attended the Art Program of the Pontifcia Universidad Católica del Perú in Lima, and later relocated to the United States of America in 2009. He earned his BFA from George Mason University’s School of Art in 2015. Awarded the Academic Excellence Distinction in Sculpture (2015), he also obtained the Best New Project Prize from Lima’s Biennial Art Fair (Second Edition, 2016).
