Chrys Seawood

Chrys Seawood (she/they) is a two-time TEDx speaker, an educator, and multidisciplinary artist best known for her immersive, interactive installations. Her work has explored Black embodiment across gender, from Black masculine youth in All on the Court (2021–), which earned a solo exhibition at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum, to Black female sexuality in Body Language: Black Femmes in the Digital Age (2022). Her current practice merges art and teaching to create accessible, embodied learning experiences for Black womxn.
