Participants include Walter Hopps from the National Collection of Fine Arts, Blair Sabol fashion editor of Village Voice and fashion correspondent for Vogue, critic Andrew Hudson, WPA Director Alice Denney, and a selection of visual and performing Punk artists from Washington and New York. A part of the Punk Art Festival.
