MAMA MEMORY [&CARE]
Join us for the final event for Black Women as/and the Living Archive. Curator Tsedaye Makonnen will lead an informal conversation amongst all participating artists in the project including Alisha B. Wormsley, Lisa E. Harris, Autumn Knight, Jasmine Hearn, Ola Ronke, and special guests Ingrid LaFleur and Jamila Raegen. They will discuss motherhood, archiving, memory, and Afrofuturism.
Makonnen says, “Watch us catch up, answer questions that have came up throughout the exhibit, and take time to get to know each other. We will reflect on this moment and discuss acts of care for ourselves and humanity.”
