Lobby Project: Tang

ONE MORE THING
WPA Presents One More Thing, a new installation by Tang, which questions the intersection of Nature and City.

Each summer Tang travels extensively to remote locations where he is surrounded by nature and spends every waking moment outdoors. After his most recent journey to Guatemala and Belize, he encountered a difficult adjustment period getting back to a ‘normal’ routine of urban living. One More Thing is an installation about the journey from the rural to urban and is particularly apt for the NoMa neighborhood as it works to reclaim its parks space and enliven the urban sprawl of its history. One More Thing is not a one-way journey but rather a call to action to bring these two worlds closer.
